We had such a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot! We come here often, but this visit was extra special because we were celebrating our son’s birthday. Emilee, our server, was absolutely amazing and truly made the whole experience feel so special. She was so sweet and attentive, and really made our celebration memorable. The food was delicious, the portions were great, and the service was excellent. Both of our boys were so excited and had the best time! Jessica was also very kind and helpful, and David was super nice and made our boys feel extra special as well. We’re so happy we chose to celebrate here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend—and a huge thank you to Emilee and the team for making our son’s birthday such a memorable one!

The service was ok. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was loud. The melting pot that was on sunset drive and 117th was so much nicer. They used to give 4 fondue forks to dip the meat in to cook so the process was a lot faster. At this location they only supply two per person which takes a lot longer to cook your food and when you're hungry that doesn't work. The meat are cut into small pieces so depending on what you chose the meat takes about 2 to 6 min to cook. They also provide some veggies so either you cook the veggies or the meat with two fondue forks, you do the math. The service was attentive at the beginning. After the main course it took a while to get dessert and a while to get the bill, probably longer than cooking the food.

This has always been my family’s favorite restaurant and our past visit was nothing short of exceptional! We have been here many times over the years, but this evening was perhaps the best time we have ever had at this restaurant. Our server, Anthony, made everything perfect and supper enjoyable for us. The cheese was the best we’ve had there and the cooking oil was the perfect temperature. I highly recommend asking for Anthony if he is available. The manager was amazing as well, even greeting us as we arrived and checking on us during the meal. Overall, it was a 1000/10 meal, service, and atmosphere. I couldn’t remember this restaurant enough!

We recently visited The Melting Pot in Cooper City to celebrate our son’s graduation, and even though it was about an hour from our home, it was absolutely worth the drive. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner Dave, who was incredibly friendly and personable. Taking the time to greet guests at the front door really set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Emilee, was outstanding and went far above and beyond our expectations. She truly did everything in her power to make our son’s graduation celebration memorable, even doing thoughtful things that she certainly wasn’t required to do. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience extra special for our family. We highly recommend this Melting Pot location. The exceptional service, warm atmosphere, and overall experience made it unforgettable. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely be back!

The Melting Pot is an excellent place for a different dining experience. Having fondue heaters right on the table makes the meal interactive and fun. The food quality is very high and the service matches it well. Prices are on the higher side, but they are consistent with the quality of both the food and the service. Portions are very large, and in our experience two dishes can easily be enough for three or four people. A great place for a special occasion or a unique night out.
